Confusion for Bloggers as Adsense Payments are Declined

Confusion for Bloggers as Adsense Payments are Declined

Bloggers in Pakistan went into confusion as Adsense payments were declined this month.
The issue cropped up for people who were using Western Union as a method to receive their Adsense payments. Usually, Adsense payments go through automatically by the 25th of each month. However this month, users were instead notified of a payment error:
AUTOMATIC PAYMENT DECLINED:WESTERN UNION FOR ($XXX.XX). NO REASON PROVIDED BY YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION
PAYMENT DECLINED: WE WERE UNABLE TO CHARGE YOURPAYMENT METHOD.
A lot of freelancers and bloggers in Pakistan rely on Western Union to receive their payments and the internet was flooded with comments and reports of the error.
We should mention that this is not the first time an issue with Western Union has come up. Last year, they stopped all Adsense payments to Pakistani accounts but the issue was resolved within a few days. But it was altogether a different matter.
The good thing is that Google might already be aware of the issue. According to a user onWiredPakistan, they released a statement that said:
WE’RE EXPANDING THE NUMBER OF WESTERN UNION PAYMENTS THAT WE’RE SENDING THROUGH OUR NEW PAYMENTS SYSTEM THIS MONTH, PRIMARILY TO PUBLISHERS IN THE ASIA-PACIFIC REGION. A SMALL NUMBER (~5%) OF THE PAYMENTS WE SENT TO PUBLISHERS IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES WERE INCORRECTLY DECLINED BY WESTERN UNION AND NEED TO BE RE-ISSUED.
NO ACTION IS REQUIRED ON YOUR PART. WE ARE WORKING WITH WESTERN UNION TO Complete THE CONFIGURATION CHANGES AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY REISSUE THE PAYMENTS. WE EXPECT TO COMPLETE THIS IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
AFFECTED COUNTRIES:
  • Egypt
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Cambodia
  • China
  • Indonesia
  • Malaysia
  • Nepal
  • Pakistan
  • Philippines
  • Singapore
  • South Korea
  • Taiwan
  • Thailand
  • Vietnam
THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE, AND WE’RE WORKING TO RESOLVE THIS QUICKLY
However, we have not been able to verify whether this statement was released after the current wave ofissues or due to a previous occurrence. We will update the story as soon as we know one way or the other. Even with the statement, a time frame for resolution of the issue has not been established yet.
We hope that Google tries to send the payments through after the issue is resolved. There is also a chance that payments for this month are deferred to January, which would be a disaster for many bloggers.
Are you facing the same issues or are your payments going through just fine? Let us know in the comments below.

10 Best Writing Tips All Bloggers Must Follow

Here is huge material on net that tells you how to write. Somewhere you find more focus on creating title and on some other places; you would be advised to use proper grammar or vocabulary etc. Actually all these things are important, but I would like to contribute with what are most important in writing blog posts.  You just need to adhere to two most important things: interest and consistency. In comparison with all other types of writing, with blog writing you actually have interface with your readers or viewers who are fond of What and How Often, I mean what you write and how often you write. It is logical that no one would like to tag along a blog that is updated after months. Having these points in my mind, I want to enlighten few best tips to write for your blog.

  1. Write short posts: Most of the readers do not want to read a lengthy narration on your website. If you are used to write in this way then just smash them up for me. I will encourage a cluster of short ones than a long post that looks like a novel. Yes it will be good to divide it in part one, part two and so on… so that viewers can easily follow them. Additionally, it is a great method to keep the readers stick to your blog posts.
  1. Write frequently: You need to proceed with your audience. That requires a specific level of post updates. A truth about blogging is that you cannot thrust aside your blog with hoping to let it grow more. You cannot take a pause with expecting to have the same number of readers. You ought to write an adequate amount of posts to keep up with your readers. Depending upon blog’s niche, writing once or twice a week is sufficient, but for some kind of blogs requires daily updates or even more frequently.
  2. Write on a regular basis: Never go on with a fiction that you can toss up a bundle of posts on one day and consider it a week. Remember, it will not work as you desired. You have to write on a regular basis. You can imply it as post on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday or every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday or any one of your choice. Whatever you do, if you find it advantageous then insist yourself to stick with it.
  1. Clarity of Writing: Avoid writing and posting junk material. You need to be clear enough. You should avoid using slang, multifarious or difficult terms with that most of the readers are not familiar. It is also an indication of not having good writing skills. I know you want to share many useful things but please please please be careful and focus more on the clarity of your words.
  1. Understanding: Along with being clear you have to be simple as well. If you have an audience that is highly intellectual and brilliant familiar with what are you writing then I will encourage you to write in the same way. But, I would like to place a bonus tip here “target average readers”. It will enhance the number of your viewers. As we all know that a large number of people do not posses high intellectual capacity to memorize a large vocabulary. So if it is obligatory for you to use giant words then please make an effort to use them in a way that average readers can pick up easily.
  2. Spelling and Grammatical Errors: I think it is not a problem anymore. Can I suppose that you are writing your blog posts without spellings and grammatical errors can I? You should use the little button at the top of the page that says spell check. Click on it every time before you post. Words like horse and hoarse, hole and whole, and right and write tend to be missed out in spell check. So, I suggest you to read your post before posting.
  1. Font Style and Color: Please do not select so wavy font that looks cute but is not easily readable. A plain font is excellent, trust me. Another thing that must have your attention is font color. You should choose a color that can be prominent and clear on background color i.e, do not use a color similar to the background color. Bright colors are attention-grabbing but it will be painful to read. You simply take a look at your blog post and test it out, is that effortlessly readable?
  1. Add Breaks: I am not fond of reading huge paragraphs, I think most of you also do the same. So, break up your article into small paragraphs and insert images for splitting a lot of text.
  1. Make lists or Figures: A best way to break up your post is listing your text. Figure out your points as the 10 best ways_______, 20 free_______ or 25 easy_____ etc. It will make the readers to stop and have a look at it.
  1. Inserting Images: Do you believe on an approved saying “A picture is worth a thousand words”?  Actually it is a fact as a picture is more eyes catching than anything else. So, it will bring more traffic to your website. But, the images should be relevant to your content. Good pictures drag the readers to your post.
Although, here are no hard and fast rules in writing blog posts but dear readers I hope these tips will help you to improve your writing skills. No worries if you are not a native speaker, following these points would be enough to grow up your blog.
Remember! We are always here to offer you valuable tips and information that you may not be able to find out quickly on your own.
If you have any additional suggestion, feel free to share with us. It would be a pleasure to share that suggestion with our readers.
